“PHI’s grant submission team is nimble and flexible, so we can submit in a few days or weeks—compared to a month or longer elsewhere,” says Thomas Greenfield, Director of PHI’s Alcohol Research Group. 

With a team of four experienced B&P Specialists and a seasoned director, the department competently handles over two hundred proposal submissions in any given year. Over thirty annual submissions are to federal agencies, including four HRSA submissions in the past five years.
