Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL)

The PHIL Collective is a dynamic hub designed to support individuals and communities working across sectors to improve health, well-being and equity.
Launched by PHI’s PHI’s Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL) in in autumn 2024, the PHIL Collective offers resources, events, interactive trainings and opportunities to connect so you and your collaborative partners can amplify your impact, including:
- Web Discussions: Join lively, interactive chats with experts and peers. Facilitators will tackle the hot topics in cross-sector, cross-boundary work—usually in 90 engaging minutes or less.
- Action-Oriented Workshops: Roll up your sleeves and get ready to build out some useful material. These hands-on workshops will equip you with actionable strategies and products that you can use right in your own backyard.
- Learning Lab Experiences: Let’s get experimental! Collaborate, create, and learn in a structured environment with expert guidance over a period of several weeks or even months. Together, participants will tackle shared challenges and innovate around common goals—while making sure to laugh along the way.
