Join PHI and partners for the 18th Annual ENACT Advocacy Day. ENACT Day brings together community members from all over California to advocate for policies addressing racial and socio-economic inequities. The Annual ENACT Advocacy Day is designed to share space, expertise and lived experience to inform policy solutions.

ENACT 2022 will be held virtually, and take place over two-days to allow more space and time for networking. We look forward to sharing space and lived experiences as a way to help drive more informed policy decisions. Together we will act on the most pressing needs. We encourage everyone to join us both days and all are welcomed.

A wide variety of coalition partners help plan ENACT who work on health, equity, and racial justice issues. The time is now, communities most impacted can no longer be ignored as COVID-19 and racial disparities continue to drive devastating impacts. California lawmakers have a great opportunity to invest into communities’ most pressing needs and move proposals forward that focus on the social determinants of health.

Virtual ENACT Day will be split into two days:

Day 1: Network + Celebrate Policy Wins

Wednesday, April 27, 9:30am-12pm
  • Celebrate 2021 policy wins
  • Highlight community partners doing the work
  • Network with other advocates
  • Review 2022 proposals addressing key priorities

Day 2: Day of Action

Thursday, April 28, 12:30pm-3pm
  • Group legislative visits based on region
  • Debrief event experiences/feedback and discuss next steps with those in the space
