As a fiscal sponsor, PHI does not provide funding to our programs, but helps them manage their awards and funding efficiently and cost-effectively. We have a competitive federally negotiated indirect cost rate and we do not charge an incoming fee for becoming a new fiscally sponsored program at PHI. As a fiscal sponsor, PHI provides the critical backbone operational services that programs need including payroll, finance, award compliance, funds distribution to partners, standardized policies and procedures, and much more. This infrastructure allows programs to focus on what they do best: their work.
